They pooled their extensive networks, experiences and skill to create a thoughtful and bespoke consultancy that addresses the area of what they see as the main differentiator for the success of people in organisations i.e. their “fit” in terms of behaviours, style, ways of working and how this can be translated in words that people can understand and therefore take actions on.

Over the last ten years, we have been developing a number of approaches that enable us to transfer leading edge thinking around insight into the behavioural area, bridging the “gap” between leadership teams and total capability in delivering the business strategy.

We believe results are a consequence of people underpinned by good processes, appropriate competences and behaviours, and ongoing development……ways of working.

We work in partnership with our clients to build their own internal capability rather than build dependency on ourselves. The overall approach we take is developmental, and that is why we concentrate on “best of fit” not just “best of breed”.

Peter sadly died in 2003, but bequeathed us his wonderful memory and his extensive network.
