We actively encourage diversity amongst our whole team in thoughts and behaviour.

As well as our core teams we are a networked organisation and have 20 plus associates; all our consultants/associates at Saxonbury have worked at Director or Chief Executive level within organisations and so are able to build credibility with senior people in client organisations. Most have Board level experience, so have the experience yet the sensitivity to appropriately make their point, constructively challenge or be challenged but always aim to keep the organisation aligned to its stated ambitions.
